If there is one thing that the 2020 election proved, it is that you can have someone rig an election just as easy as peeling an orange if you get enough people that are willing to go along with it.
Now, we all know that there has been some kind of cheating involved in elections since nearly the beginning of time, but it is incumbent upon all of us to try and find ways to stop it.
We do live in a world, however, where people are more than willing to fill out the same entry ballot a hundred times to win a new television so maybe it is so ingrained into Democrats from such a young age that it just comes naturally to them.
A judge in Mississippi has discovered fraudulent mail-in ballots in a local election, and is now calling for a new election. If fraud exists at the lowest level, how can it not exist at the highest? The mainstream media still refuses to report on this, acting as if election fraud does not exist at all.
According to reporting by CBS affiliate WCBI, “In the sixty-four-page order, Judge Jeff Weill not only calls for a new election but also finds evidence of fraud and criminal activity, in how absentee ballots were handled, how votes were counted, and the actions by some at the polling place.”
“In his ruling, the judge said that sixty-six of eighty-four absentee ballots cast in the June runoff were not valid and should never have been counted,” the report continued.
After Robert Devaull, the challenger in a race for the Ward 1 alderman seat in Aberdeen, Mississippi, challenged the results of the election in court, serious fraud was uncovered. Nicholas Holliday was declared the winner of the election by a 37 vote margin, but Judge Weill has determined that 66 out of 84 absentee ballots cast in the June runoff were invalid and should never have been counted.
The judge found several irregularities with the mail-in ballots, and issued a bench warrant for Dallas Jones, the woman who notarized the ballots. In the hearing, Jones admitted to violating her duties as a notary.
“When you have an absentee ballot, there’s an envelope, you vote, fold the ballot, put it in an envelope, lick the flap, sign across the flap, then notary signs your election certificate, she testified that she didn’t sign in front of anybody, didn’t see anybody sign it, she just notarized it, just stamped them,” said Lydia Quarles, Robert Devaull’s attorney.
Jones also asserted in her testimony that, in June, she was called to the home of then-Alderwoman Lady Garth to ‘correct’ her father’s absentee ballot paperwork. During her time at Garth’s home, Jones said that she notarized “about 30-something ballots.”
Along with the fraudulently notarized absentee ballots, Judge Weill also found “clear evidence of voter intimidation and harassment at the polling place on election day,” as reported by WCBI.
