The Biden administration said on Wednesday that it “cannot ensure safe passage” to the airport for people attempting to flee Afghanistan amid the Taliban’s swift takeover of the country.
A piece of devastating news from our so-called President who takes an oath to protect its Citizen at all costs. It was released after thousands of American citizens were still remained trapped in Afghanistan after Taliban terrorists have now taken control of the country.
Below is the message sent by the Biden administration to Americans trapped in Afghanistan:
To American Citizens,
Thank you for registering your request to be evacuated from Afghanistan. The U.S. Embassy in Afghanistan has confirmed that an undefined number of U.S. govern1nentprovided fligl1ts will begin soon. Please make your way to Hamid Karzai International Airport at this time.
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT CANNOT GUARANTEE YOUR SECURITY AS YOU MAKE THIS TRIP.
A congressional aide tells @CBSNews we have no partners left in Afghanistan to safely get Americans in-country to Kabul. “There are 10-15k AmCits who still need to get out, and that obviously doesn’t include the tens of thousands of SIVs or P2 applicants trying to get out of Afg” https://t.co/SKw1FvXBCV

According to the Biden administration’s State Department spokesperson, “The US message to Americans in Afghanistan right now is to shelter in place until they get communications from the US embassy which tell them when they should come to the airport and where exactly to go.”
The news comes as White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki and national security adviser Jake Sullivan both refused to commit to keeping U.S. troops on the ground in Afghanistan past the August 31st deadline.
The following information is the statement released by the U.S. State Department for those seeking evacuation out of Afghanistan:
For emergencies, call 1-888-407-4747 (U.S. Canada) or +1-202-501-4444 (overseas).
The security situation in Kabul continues to change quickly, including at the airport. U.S. citizens should continue to shelter in place. U.S. citizens seeking assistance to depart the country should complete this Repatriation Assistance Request for each traveler in their group. Spouses and minor children of U.S. citizens in Afghanistan who are awaiting immigrant visas should also complete this form if they wish to depart. Please do so as soon as possible. Please do so only once. You must complete this form even if you’ve previously submitted your information to the U.S. Embassy in Kabul by another means. This form is the only way to communicate interest in flight options. We will notify you directly by email based on your registration as soon as departure options become available.
Do not call the U.S. Embassy in Kabul for details or updates about the flight. Do not travel to the airport until you have been informed by email that departure options exist. We will continue to provide periodic updates to this message.
