A participant for the ongoing truckers for freedom convoy in DC was removed from a Delta Airlines flight this week after the airline staff was triggered by his “F*ck Biden” sweatshirt.
Jauneil Brooks was threatened with a no-fly list, falsely told there is a clothing policy, then accused of not wearing a face mask that caused him to find other arrangements for his trip back home.
Video footage of the incident was uploaded by Brooks where he revealed how the Delts Airline staff ordered him to remove a hoodie bearing the slogan “f*ck Joe Biden,” threatening to ground the entire plane if he refused, and to place him on a ‘no fly list’.
“If you don’t come on the jet bridge, and flip your shirt outside in and out, right? So that word doesn’t show, I will have to deplane the whole aircraft,” one flight attendant is heard saying.
She continued while adding a threat of his name being added to the no-fly list. “I’m sorry about that sir, but that is the policy, you cannot wear that.”
“No, you’re making this inconvenient,” Brooks responded, adding “because last time I checked, I live in the United States of America, with the First Amendment freedom of the press, freedom of speech, or freedom of religion, do I not?”
“Do I not have the freedom of the press, freedom of religion, or freedom of speech anymore in this country?” he asked the staff.
When Brook realized that the conversation was getting nowhere he decided to comply with the requests and take off the sweatshirt, but once he sits back down, they begin harassing him again – this time to pack up his things and get off the plane. Apparently, Brooks’ removing his mask while he took off his hoodie was too much for the delicate Delta employees to handle, even if it was just for the quick moment.
“So I’m still getting kicked off the plane?” Brooks asked.
“Yeah, you’re not putting — wearing the mask,” the flight attendant responded.
“I literally just took off my hoodie,” Brooks said. “If you ask me nice, I will put back on the mask which I was doing as you came back up here.”
A man was kicked off a @Delta flight for wearing an F Biden sweater, even though he took it off. They claim it’s “delta policy” and threaten him with the no fly list.
I spoke to Delta and it turns out they don’t have a clothing policy and even told me I can wear an F Trump shirt pic.twitter.com/A8mruMxNpF

Libsoftiktok reached out to Delta Airlines asked about the policy that was mentioned in Brooks’ video and it turns out – no surprise here – there is no such policy that exists, according to Delta customer support.
“So technically I can wear a shirt that says ‘F Trump’?” Libs of TikTok asked.”
In an interview with Post Millennial, Brooks told them about his experience and said he’s planning to sue the airline for their treatment of him in the incident:
“Yeah, it’s crazy how just the day before I was sitting in the room with Senator Ted Cruz and Senator Johnson about how our freedoms are being stripped away. And, you know, I guess it’s just the right timing, but I’m gonna fight for our freedom of speech, and companies can’t be taking advantage of American people anymore. Just because their pockets are huge,” said Brooks.
“But, no, we need to have our freedoms back from Republican to Democrat to liberal to, you know, whatever it is. Our freedoms are infringed. And I gotta make sure somebody learns a lesson, if I can make sure that that happens.”
Brooks also said that he will be suing Delta for the incident.
