Dick’s Sporting Goods Announces They Will Pay For Their Employees Abortions!

Woke businesses across the United States announced that they would fund employees who decide to kill their unborn baby, right after the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade on Friday.

The Pittsburgh-based Dick’s Sporting Goods national chain of stores was one of the many woke companies to announce their support for its employees seeking abortions.

After Roe was overturned, abortion laws will now be decided by the states.

The company’s executive leadership said in a statement:

“In response to today’s ruling, we are announcing that if the state you live in restricts access to abortion, DICK’S Sporting Goods will provide up to $4,000 in travel expense reimbursement to travel to the nearest location where that care is legally available.”

“This benefit will be provided to any teammate, spouse or dependent enrolled in our medical plan, along with one support person.”

DICK’S Sporting Goods CEO Lauren Hobart admitted there will be employees who disagree with the company’s decision to pay for abortion-related travel expenses.

Just minutes after the decision came down from the high court on Friday, the Walt Disney Company also said it would cover employee travel expenses for abortions.

Disney executives said in a memo, which was reported by CNBC:

“Our company remains committed to removing barriers and providing comprehensive access to quality and affordable care for all of our employees, cast members and their families, including family planning and reproductive care, no matter where they live.”

“In fact, we have processes in place so that an employee who may be unable to access care in one location has affordable coverage for receiving similar levels of care in another location.”

DICK’S joins other businesses, such as Tesla and Disney, in offering to cover travel fees for employees seeking abortions.
