He Killed His Father For Molesting His Sister, What The Judge Did To Him…

Back in 2003, Christopher Bennett was at his stepfather’s home when he made a decision that would forever change the course of his life. Bennett, who was eighteen-year-old at the time, heard his little sister crying in the other room. When he broke into it, he found his stepfather, Vincent McDorman, on top of his then six-year-old half-sister Cassandra “Cassie” McDorman. He was molesting her.

Her sister Vicki was crying and begging McDorman to stop touching her private parts, Bennett’s mind overloaded. So, when McDorman walked out of the bedroom, Bennett shot him, and McDorman was dead immediately.

He didn’t go there planning to shoot McDorman, he went there and he heard his baby sister’s cries. And he did what I would say probably 99.9% of us would’ve done,” explained the man’s Legal Advocate, Janet Lee.

Bennett never tried to hide the truth from authorities. He confessed that he killed his stepfather with a firearm because he caught the man molesting his little sister. Nevertheless, authorities did not have sympathy for Bennett – even though he was also molested by McDorman when he was a youngster. He just never knew that his little sister was also being abused by the horrible man.

At the time, Bennett was given two options. “It was going to be a death sentence or he could take a plea deal of 1,800 years. So, he took a plea deal of 1,800 years,” recalled his half-sister Victoria McDorman. To avoid the death penalty, the young teenager ended up taking the plea deal and was subsequently charged with three life sentences of 600 years each, for a total of 1,800 behind bars.

‘AWM’ shares an exclusive interview of Bennett with Dr. Phil:

Bennett has been speaking about his case to Dr. Phil. Now that he and his sisters are older, they believe he should be hailed as a hero for killing his stepfather. Because McDorman was an accused child molester – although he was never convicted of such a crime – Bennett and his sister are glad that the man is dead.

They believe that he would have killed them had Bennett not acted first.

Despite the fact that Bennett has been in prison for over a decade, his case is still making headlines. In February of 2017, it was announced that Bennett would be receiving an additional 1000 years in jail after being found guilty on federal child pornography charges. McDorman’s family was pleased with the news and believed that justice had finally been served.

Bennett has expressed his disappointment in the system and wishes that he could get out of jail to protect young girls from sexual predators like himself. He has also said that while some people believe there is no way for him to ever apologize, he would if given an opportunity on Dr. Phil’s show since it was what helped bring attention to his case in the first place.

It is clear that Bennett has been through a lot, but he still maintains hope for a better future. He wants to protect other young girls from being molested and believes that people should be aware of the signs of child sexual abuse so they can get help if needed.

Everyone is now campaigning for his release, including his family members. In addition, his family has acknowledged that they have faced a number of difficulties. Aside from that, many people respect Bennett because he murdered his sister to save her.
