They Are Now Pulling Cars Over To Check Vaccination Status!

After the authoritarian President Alexander Van der Bellen’s approval of the bill on Friday, Austria became the first European country to implement new Covid restrictions.

The law, which was first proposed in November of last year, will go into effect on Saturday, making adult vaccination against the novel coronavirus mandatory. The law, according to the authoritarian government, was enacted to “protect public health” and will apply to all adults.

In order to find dissenters, law enforcement authorities will begin monitoring people’s immunization status on March 15th by performing random traffic stops and spot checks. Anyone caught breaking the law could face an “up to four-times-a-year” fine, with the amount of money fined increasing with each violation. For the first offense, a fine of €600 (USD 687) will be imposed, and by the fourth, it may be up to €3,400 (USD 3,890).

Authorities will begin performing random checks for vaccination certificates, including traffic stops, starting on March 15, according to sources.

Furthermore, the new rule authorizes the Austrian government to set up a dystopian vaccine registry that will track all vaccine recipients and provide those who have not been vaccinated a deadline by which they must be vaccinated, allowing the government to punish them repeatedly.

According to SchengenVisaInfo News, The only exceptions to the law are pregnant women, people who cannot be vaccinated without a specific and serious risk to life or health, those whose immune response to Covid-19 vaccination cannot be expected for medical reasons, those who have not developed an immune response to the vaccination even after repeated dosages, and those who have recovered from an infection (but only for 180 days since the detection of the virus).

These exemptions, however, are applicable till the end of the month. A person would only be exempted if a “technically suitable” hospital specifies the same to the health minister or the same is confirmed by a public health officer or an epidemic doctor. The person seeking exemptions should submit all required documents. The health officials who issue fake exemptions or fail to disclose an exceptional reason would be committing an administrative offense and be fined 7,200 euros.

The latest health data from the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC) shows that almost 73% of the Austrian population is two-dose vaccinated, with just over 54% having received the booster shot. But thanks to another mandate that went into effect earlier this month and requires a booster shot to be in compliance with government requirements, nearly 3.8 million Austrians will be impacted by the new law.

  • It seems the warped libtards are coming out from under their piles of moose droppings and trying to exercise what they mistakenly think is their privilege. What is happening in Austria, Australia, Canada, other countries and, to a lesser extent this country by the socialist minority is a last stand by the humanity haters!!
