This State OPENLY Denying Gun Permits To Conservatives…

Back in June, Democrats in California inadvertently leaked private information about every concealed-carry permit holder in the state. The move was heavily criticized by gun owners across the United States.

A few RINO’s in the Senate and House helped Joe Biden craft a gun control bill that was signed by Biden this week. The bill includes a provision that increases funding for so-called “Red Flag Laws” that allows authorities to take away someone’s guns without due process.

The United States has already existing gun laws, however, these laws are being abused by radical leftists. In fact, a case study shows that we don’t need more gun laws.

However, a woke California’s Attorney General, Rob Bonta has a different view on gun laws, he said today that local officials should deny gun permits to people who have “racist” social media posts.

100 Percent Fedup suggested that these guns laws will surely target conservatives:

The suggestion is due to a clause in many state and local laws that require that someone has “good moral character” to get a public carry permit. The suggestion, if local officials choose to heed it, would surely target conservatives and be used to strip Republicans of their 2nd Amendment rights.

More details of this report from The Epoch Times:

The day after the Bruen ruling, California Attorney General Rob Bonta, a Democrat, sent a “legal alert” (pdf) to law enforcement officials advising them that the Golden State was dropping the requirement for gun license applicants to provide a “good cause” because the requirement is now “unconstitutional and unenforceable.”

But “the requirement that a public-carry license applicant provides proof of ‘good moral character’ remains constitutional” and should continue to be enforced.

A “good moral character” investigation “requires an independent determination,” Bonta wrote.

He pointed to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department policy, which states:

“Legal judgments of good moral character can include consideration of honesty, trustworthiness, diligence, reliability, respect for the law, integrity, candor, discretion, observance of fiduciary duty, respect for the rights of others, absence of hatred and racism, fiscal stability, profession-specific criteria such as pledging to honor the constitution and uphold the law, and the absence of criminal conviction.”
