Well, if you’ve forgotten, let me remind you.
An Obama-appointed judge Derrick Watson, from Hawaii, was the catalyst for the entire “activist judge” plot twist, which has been used (effectively) against President Trump for the past four years.
When Judge Watson blocked Trump’s temporary ban on entry to six countries at war, as well as travel from Iran, he completely abused his authority.
When I tell you that Obama and Watson are long-time friends who attended Harvard together, this will likely come as no surprise.
To add insult to injury, Obama was in Hawaii on the day Watson made his move against Trump.
Isn’t that a bit of a knickknack?

Now it’s Trump’s turn to exact some long-overdue vengeance on Obama – and yes, it’s Obama, not Joe, since we all know Barry is the true power behind the scenes – and the vengeance is bearing fruit.
According to blogger Don Surber, Trump-appointed judges are preventing Joe Biden from bending the law to his way.
Here’s an excerpt from the FoxNews report:
“Judge Terry Doughty of the Western District of Louisiana implemented a nationwide injunction on the Biden administration’s “pause” on new oil and gas leases, saying that the president does not have the authority to overrule laws requiring the administration to sell those leases.”
“Although there is certainly nothing wrong with performing a comprehensive review, there is a problem in ignoring acts of Congress while the review is being completed.” Doughty’s order said.
Then there was Judge Amal Thapar’s decision to put an end to a racist and sexist policy that delayed and denied white men Covid 19 treatment.
Thapar said, writing for a majority of three appellate judges, “This case is about whether the government can allocate limited coronavirus relief funds based on the race and sex of the applicants. We hold that it cannot. Because these race-neutral alternatives exist, the government’s use of race is unconstitutional. Aside from the existence of race-neutral alternatives, the government’s use of racial preferences is both overbroad and underinclusive.”
Also, FoxNews reported, “Judge Dabney Fredrich ruled last month that the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s moratorium on evictions was unlawful and vacated it, although she did stay her own ruling to give the government time to appeal.”
Ilya Shapiro of Cato told Fox, “What you’re seeing is that ‘pen and phone’ initiatives are running into legal trouble right off the bat.
“Trump appointed a lot of judges — more than anyone in one term other than Jimmy Carter, for whom Congress created 152 new judgeships to fill — and these folks aren’t as deferential to executive power as past Republican-appointed judges might have been.”
Hey, we didn’t invent the game or the rules; we’re simply employing the Democrats’ playbook against them.
That is, after all, how it should be.
