The Flash star Ezra Miller has had another run-in with the law, this time charged with felony burglary in Vermont.
In a report Monday, Vermont State Police said they responded to a burglary complaint in Stamford on May 1 and found several bottles of alcohol were taken from a residence while the homeowners were out.
Cops located the 29-year-old embattled star at 11:23 p.m. August 7 and issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court Bennington Criminal Division on Sept. 26 for arraignment on the burglary charge. The Vermont State Police worked with the Bennington County State’s Attorney’s Office on the investigation.
Here’s what the police report reads:
On 05/01/2022 at approximately 1755 hours, the Vermont State Police was notified of a burglary complaint at a residence on County Road in the town of Stamford, Vermont. The initial findings indicated that several bottles of alcohol were taken from within the residence while the homeowners were not present. As a result of an investigation that included surveillance videos and statements, probable cause was found to charge Ezra M. Miller with the offense of felony burglary into an unoccupied dwelling.
The actor’s felony charge is the latest in a string of legal troubles and reports of erratic behavior. Miller was arrested twice already this year in Hawaii, including once for disorderly conduct and harassment at a karaoke bar, and in another incident for second-degree assault.
‘The Daily Wire’ has more stories to add:
A recent Rolling Stone investigation also cited sources who claimed that young children lived in unsafe conditions on Miller’s Vermont ranch — which they said was also an unlicensed marijuana growing operation. One source claimed that firearms were left lying around and that a toddler living on the property had once been spotted putting a loose bullet in her mouth.
The mother of the child, who was not named in the Rolling Stone report, claimed that Miller had helped her and all three of her children to escape an abusive situation and truly felt safe on the property.
“[Ezra’s] home ranch has been a healing haven for us. They may have firearms for self-defense purposes and they are stored in a part of the house that the children never go in,” she explained. “My kids are able to relax more into their healing because of the safety and nurturing Ezra has been providing for them.”
In addition, Miller has also been accused of grooming minors and of leading a cult. In one such case, the parents of the minor accused Miller of grooming their daughter — but she defended Miller and said that the actor had repeatedly stood up for others.
