YES! They Just Cleared Marjorie Taylor Greene Of EVERYTHING!

As we have been warning, Dems will do everything to block any high-potential Republicans from running in the office.

Midterm elections cause more anxiety for Dems than ever, they are all in a state of panic, and they will use all government resources just to stop Republicans from gaining more power – because it will be the end of their political career if it happens.

But Republicans are not dumb except for RINOS…

And Marjorie Taylor Greene just proved it, though there are some who don’t agree with her approach to politics. Well, that’s fine, but one thing we can all agree on is that woman is a menace to the radical left.

That’s good enough reason to celebrate the dismissal of all charges falsely brought against her.

Aside from a huge relief for Greene and her family, her victory marks a major win for conservatives seeking to make a difference in the November elections.

In Georgia, the Democrats claimed they had mountains of evidence that Marjorie Taylor green had been part of an insurrection on January 6th, 2021. The dog must have eaten the evidence. The judge ruled that the Democrats did not provide sufficient proof and MTG is back on the ballot.

State Judge Charles Beaudrot dismissed the lawsuit, saying the “challengers have produced insufficient evidence to show that Rep. Greene ‘engaged’ in that insurrection.

And here’s an excerpt from Judge Beaudrot’s ruling:

The burden of proof in this matter is on Challengers. Challengers have failed to prove their case by a preponderance of the evidence. The evidence in this matter is insufficient to establish that Rep. Greene, having “previously taken an oath as a member of Congress . . . to support the Constitution of the United States . . . engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or [gave] aid or comfort to the enemies thereof” under the 14th Amendment to the Constitution. Therefore, the Court holds that Respondent is qualified to be a candidate for Representative for Georgia’s 14th Congressional District.”

WLT commented further:

Let’s put aside for a moment the fact that January 6th was not an insurrection. That topic has been covered extensively on this site. This decision puts a huge dent in the Left’s strategy to retain power in Congress. According to some reports, they have been using similar loopholes to keep major conservatives off the ballot.

The court’s decision puts MTG back in play for when conservatives make a run in November to stop the political bleeding at the Capital. From all accounts, it looks like Greene is ALL IN.

But the fight is not over.

According to WLT, it’s important to keep GA authorities such as Secretary of State Brad Raffesnperger accountable to do the right thing. If that name sounds familiar it should. Brad is the one that played a major role in how Georgia handled the 2020 elections.

It is possible for Raffesneperger to overrule the judges’ recommendation via a CNN report:

The recommendation will now be taken up by Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, a Republican. It’s possible, but highly unlikely, that Raffensperger would overrule the judge’s recommendation and disqualify Greene on his own. The anti-Greene challengers can still appeal Raffensperger’s decision in state courts.”

You know in the world of politics it will always be a constant battle. Knowing the power of the radical left is relentless…
