Metro Nashville Police have arrested a man accused of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old.

According to the arrest affidavit for 27-year-old Jackson Hernandez-Gomez, the girl’s mother found her daughter laying on his bed, not moving with white foam coming from her mouth and leaving her physically helpless.

The mom called police for help and the child was taken to Vanderbilt Pediatrics to be treated for a potential drug overdose.

Speaking with police, Hernandez-Gomez stated the girl had allegedly come home drunk and on drugs and stating she wanted to have intercourse. He claims she came into his room and laid on his bed and he had touched her shortly before the mother entered the room.

The 27-year-old has been charged with sexually battery of a physically helpless person.
