A couple caught having sex as they drove along a motorway in Spain have been handed six-month suspended prison sentences.
Shocking footage of the pair having sex while whizzing down the middle lane of the P-6 motorway near Villcastin, in the province of Segovia, went viral online last year.
In the saucy clip, the woman can be seen naked from the waist up bouncing on the lap of her man as he tries to keep his eyes on the road – even overtaking other motorists.
Cops later put out an appeal in a bid to track the couple down and punish them for their dangerous sex stunt, which happened in September 2018.
It was reported that today that they had pleaded guilty to a charge of reckless driving and given a suspended sentence after striking a deal with the local prosecutor.
The couple, who have been named as Spaniard Abraham Gonzalez Jimenez and Romanian Iona Catalina Costas, were also given two-year driving bans.
A judge in Segovia blasted the pair, saying that as their car “zig-zagged” they put other drivers at risk as Gonzalez Jimenez’s girlfriend “sat on top of him and put her arms around him with her legs open on the driver’s seat as she performed sexual movements.”
Local reports say the car actually belonged to Gonzalez Jimenez’s dad.
A spokesman for the Civil Guard said at the time of the incident: “Police became aware of a video circulating on social media in which the driver of a car could be seen having sex with his passenger.
