President Biden delivered remarks on the Senate passage of the $1.2 trillion “infrastructure” bill on Tuesday and when Biden was asked by one reporter about governors about banning mask mandates in schools. He said that his administration is examining whether he can order universal masking in public schools.

Classes started in some Florida school districts Tuesday, and more schools are expected to open throughout the week. However, several school districts will require masks for students anyway, and one of the administrations has threatened to withhold the salaries of school administrators who implement those policies against his orders.

The White House is looking for ways to support school board members and superintendents who break state law to follow the federal guidance, but Biden on Tuesday downplayed his options, in a follow-up question, when the reporter asked “Do you have presidential powers to intervene in states like Texas and Florida where they are banning mask mandates?”

Biden the tyrant said, “I don’t believe that I do thus far, We’re checking that, but federal workforce I can.”

Biden’s remarks came after he addressed the issue of states that have banned public schools districts from imposing mask mandates for the upcoming school year. The president called such efforts “disingenuous,” arguing governors should allow districts to follow Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines.

Biden said, “If a principal in my school says everyone should wear a mask, or the school board votes for it, that governor will nullify that, that governor has the authority to say you can’t do that. I find that totally counter-intuitive and quite frankly, disingenuous.”

All of the states and school districts should follow thew rules established by the CDC, Biden says. Well I guess this could work-follow the rules today and change to follow the new rules when the CDC changes them tomorrow. Throughout this entire pandemic, between the CDC, Dr. Fauxi and his NIH and the WHO it is rare when any rule is standing for more than one day. Shutdown everything for fourteen days to “flatten the curve”, make that a month, no wait better to do six months or maybe a year and a half. No mask are needed, new data says wear a mask (or two or three masks) never mind get a shot and forget the masks-no, make that get a shot and still wear a mask. One might as well take a room filled with first graders and have them determine the best path forward. All the while, Biden is allowing 150,000 illegal aliens into the country per month and 20% of them have COVID-and, neither the CDC or Dr. Fauxi from NIH thinks the illegals are making NO contribution to our new bulge in the pandemic. Even stupid first graders can see the folly in this approach.
