He Was Charged With Smearing Human Waste On A Woman, His Prison Welcome Was….

Violent crime has occurred in New York more often. Nevertheless, in a shocking and unprovoked attack by a man smearing a woman’s face with his feces that surfaced enraged residents.

The crime took place in the Bronx subway station. The man attacked the 43-year-old woman as she was seated on a bench. The man was carrying a garbage bag as he made his way toward her just before the heinous deed.

The man threw the black bag’s contents on the woman’s face without warning, and then smeared it over the back of her head. The whole incident was caught on tape. Fortunately, the police were quickly able to put the man, Frank Abrokwa, under arrest. When the authorities discovered him, he was at a homeless shelter.

And when he was arrested, he joked about the situation saying, “Sh*t happens. Haha. This is a sh**tty situation. Haha.”

Even when he was being prosecuted for the vile assault, Frank’s annoying attitude remained the same. Before his appearance before the judge, Wanda Licitra, he was heard complaining: Why am I still here? I’m f*cking tired of it. I’m hungry.”

Then, during the arraignment, Frank lost his temper and yelled at the judge, “Why am I being treated unfairly by the system?”

“ You’re talking to her. Not to me. F*ck you, b*tch,” he also directed his anger at the jurist.

According to Grace Phillips, an assistant district attorney, Frank had asked the woman, “Hey Mami, how come you don’t want to talk to me?”

He then smeared feces on the woman after she chose not to interact with him. Before that, he walked to a nearby, idle subway car and defecated in a bag.

Frank went back to the woman and repeatedly slammed the poop-filled bag into her face. She eventually had feces from human waste on her face, head, neck, shoulders, and portion of her back.

Additionally, she had feces in both her eyes and hair. “Like this, bitch?” Frank asked the woman as he executed the terrible deed.

Reports said he man’s actions sparked widespread community outrage. He was simply charged with forced touching, menacing, disorderly behavior, and harassment. This was partly a result of the “soft on crime” bail rules that limited the judge’s options. Since there was no evidence of violence, the judge set bail, and Frank was released. After getting off fairly lightly, the situation changed when the “poop perp” stormed into an office at a Harlem storage facility and destroyed a glass window with a dumbbell. He was detained once more because he had also threatened a worker.

He was sent to Rikers Island, where he encountered numerous persons who were aware of his crimes. While there, his face got scalded with burning water by a fellow inmate. Following the attack, it is expected that he will have permanent facial scars on him.

Ironically, the last name of the inmate who burned him is Burns. Sources said that Frank had a target on his back. The source said that although he did not deserve to get attacked, he was the first one on the line.

Frank started committing crimes in the 1990s, long before he became one of the most despised individuals in the city. He’s been arrested at least 20 times before.

He has been accused of robbery, assault, criminal possession of stolen property, aggravated harassment, and forceful touching, among other offenses.

According to a source, unlike his victim, who will only have mental scars to be concerned about, following his treatment in prison, he would have both physical and mental scars.
