In a city where the liberal elite claim to rule, two runaway royals get a crash course in the reality of unchecked paparazzi pursuits.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, the defectors of the British monarchy, experienced an unexpected taste of the real world in New York. Reportedly, the royal renegades found themselves in a near catastrophic chase with paparazzi, a far cry from the protection and pampering they were accustomed to.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, along with Meghan’s mother, Ms. Ragland, were pursued by a determined group of paparazzi, a stark contrast to the easy ride they receive from their leftist pals in the mainstream media. This relentless pursuit, lasting over two hours, resulted in multiple near misses involving unsuspecting drivers and pedestrians, along with two officers of the NYPD.

The couple was returning from an awards ceremony at the Ziegfeld Ballroom, their first public appearance since the recent coronation. Social media was flooded with images of Harry, Meghan, and Doria Ragland squeezed into a common taxi, a shocking departure from their customarily lavish transportation.

In an apparent attempt to woo the woke brigade, Meghan accepted a ‘Woman of Vision’ award at the ceremony and urged women to fight for equality. She insisted, “It’s never too late to start… There is still so much work to be done.” However, it’s clear that she’s out of touch with the real struggles of American women facing rising inflation, uncontrolled crime, and pandemic-related job losses under the disastrous Biden administration.

The self-exiled royals, who chose to abandon their royal duties in 2020, have sought refuge in the United States, using the media as a scapegoat for their decision. Their claim of media harassment conveniently dismisses the fact that Meghan was welcomed with open arms by both the public and the media before her disdain for royal protocol came to light.

It’s hard not to draw parallels between their high-speed chase and the tragic event that claimed the life of Prince Harry’s mother, Princess Diana. The comparisons are indeed chilling, but perhaps this encounter with intrusive paparazzi will be a wake-up call for the couple to reassess their publicity-driven lifestyle.

In an interesting turn of events, it was reported that Meghan and Harry made demands of the late Queen Elizabeth II that were not met, leading them to refuse her generous offer. According to a new book titled “The New Royals” by Katie Nicholl, the pair had set their sights on apartments in Windsor Castle but were instead offered Frogmore Cottage.

The Queen’s offer of Frogmore Cottage, a grand property within her private Windsor Great Park, was not met with gratitude by the couple. Lady Elizabeth Anson recalled the Queen’s generosity and her willingness to compromise her privacy by offering the couple a residence so close to her own.

The couple took their time moving in April 2019. Then, Buckingham Palace announced a further shift: Harry and Meghan were moving their Royal Household from Kensington Palace to Buckingham Palace, a move that marked the end of Prince William and Prince Harry‘s joint efforts and deeply saddened the Queen.

Despite the Queen’s graciousness, Meghan Markle repeatedly flouted royal traditions. The Queen was taken aback when Markle, a divorcee, opted for a pure white wedding dress and also chastised her for her mistreatment of palace staff. It’s clear that Meghan and Harry’s self-serving attitudes and disdain for tradition drove a wedge between them and the royals, ultimately leading to their departure.

The actions of the couple reflect the wider trend of liberals demanding change without considering the implications. It’s a warning about the dangers of woke culture and its relentless push to disregard tradition, order, and respect.
