Anti-Trump Hollywood Liberals Continue Trump Bashing At Screen Actors Guild Awards. Should We Boycott Hollywood? Emmanuel January 31, 2017 Entertainment You Might Like Hollywood liberals took advantage of the stage at the SAG awards and used it to bash President Trump. Several actors made it clear that they weren’t happy with the immigration order Trump signed. From Conservative 101: The 2017 Screen Actors Guild Awards was just one big Trump bashing. In fact, actress Julia Louis-Dreyfus spoke out against President Donald Trump’s controversial immigration executive orders at the SAG Awards ceremony: “I want you all to know that I am the daughter of an immigrant,” the actress began. “My father fled religious persecution in Nazi-occupied France and I’m an American patriot and I love this country. Because I love this country, I am horrified by its blemishes and this immigrant ban is a blemish and it is un-American.” At the beginning of the ceremony, “Punked” actor, Ashton Kutcher, also took a shot at Trump’s executive orders on immigration and delivered a message of solidarity with airport protesters around the country. “You are a part of the fabric of who we are, and we love you, and we welcome you,” Kutcher stated. Then, Muslim actor Mahershala Ali delivered an emotional message about the importance of seeing past our differences at a time when tensions are running so high. “My mother is an ordained minister. I’m a Muslim. She didn’t do backflips when I called her to tell her I converted 17 years go, but I tell you now, we put things to the side,” he said. “I’m able to see her. She’s able to see me. We love each other. The love has grown, and that stuff is minutiae; it’s not that important,” he said to a cheering audience.” Liberals are having a really hard time understanding that Donald Trump has no problem with immigrants…He’s married to one! It’s the illegal, criminal, Islamic extremest’s that he has an issue with.
