Administrators and parents frequently want to make sure that only people with the highest moral standards are in such positions of influence because educators are trusted with shaping the malleable minds of our children. Teachers are frequently held to a very different standard than other people.

And the issue that Yeimmy Ilias Isaza of Barranquilla, Colombia’s case has sparked much discussion on social media because she have been fired for posting attractive pictures of herself on her Instagram profile.

Yeimmy has more than 393,000 Instagram followers as a result of her seductive pictures, which frequently feature her in a bikini or revealing clothing. However, Yeimmy was fired from her job at the school the moment administrators learned about the account.

She was reportedly “a hit in the classroom and loved her job,” but administrators at her school were so horrified and appalled by the pictures that they blatantly fired the teacher.

Evidently, not everyone found the pictures offensive because Yeimmy had nearly 400,000 Instagram followers before she made headlines around the world for being fired.

“School chiefs were said to be appalled after seeing her risque pictures of her in teeny bikinis and skin-tight dresses,” the Sun reported. “They reportedly said the image she projected ‘was not consistent’ with that of her workplace.”

The question is whether or not Yeimmy‘s social media images violate teacher discipline laws despite their undeniable beauty and sex appeal. They reportedly said the image she projected “was not consistent” with that of her workplace.

In a report by Breitbart: Her devoted followers didn’t appear to agree. In fact, her supporters quickly expressed their rage and outrage at her dismissal, insisting that she should be able to dress how she pleases without it having any bearing on her job.

“What a beauty! Don’t pay attention to those who criticize just to criticize,” one follower wrote.

“I think envy is one of the greatest evils of our time,” mentioned one other.

The Sun reports that Yeimmy shared pictures of herself lounging in the sun in swimwear, having a good time with her friends, wearing her work clothes, and even posing sensually on a bed while wearing red lingerie and letting her long hair fall down her back. In a different image, the educator is reportedly seen displaying her toned body in a black bikini while donning a red cowboy hat and sunglasses.

However, although there is no evidence to support Yeimmy’s display of offensive behavior or images in front of the students, the incident has raised questions about when a teacher’s online presence conflicts with the demands of her job.
