When it comes to restaurants worldwide, it’s not uncommon to come across some that require a particular dress code.

However, without a sign in front of the restaurant, it can be difficult to figure out whether or not an establishment has a dress code.

TikToker Polska Babinks recently learned this the hard way, as she has gone viral after uploading a video claiming she was denied extry from a restaurant in Paris because of her cleavage.

Babinks, a prototypical social media influencer with a big rack, wanted sympathy for being denied entry into a Paris restaurant, but the plan backfired when society fought back and supported the owner for denying entry to Polska and her fellow Gen Z influencer friend.

Now the whole incident, recorded and posted by Polska, has backfired on the influencer as she’s being slammed for trying to shame the owner.

According to the TikToker, she and the friend were stopped at the door and turned away by the owner who was seeing too much cleavage. Polska later returned with her phone recording as she was once again told to take her cleavage to another place of business.

The videos, posted Tuesday, have quickly gone viral in France where blue checkmarks are tearing into the influencer.

“Where’s the scandal? He doesn’t want bare b**bs in his restaurant,” French TV host Benjamin Castaldi opined.

To be fair, the boobs are covered — barely.

French columnist Danielle Moreau was equally as frustrated with Polska. “This is not a feminist struggle! Very few women see themselves in you,” Moreau wrote.

According to AWM, many people sided with the restaurant:

“Congrats to the manager for his cool temper,” one user commented on Babinks’ video.

“It’s funny, since the release of this video, this restaurateur has had a lot of success. And that’s good,” another noted.

“Legally a restaurant has the right to refuse a customer if he does not respect the internal rules of the establishment,” another said.

Another viewer sided with the owner of the restaurant, writing: “It’s not a nightclub it’s a restaurant it’s totally normal that he doesn’t accept it’s not a striptease bar.”
