This week, the Reba actress explained on a TikTok live stream that she and her boyfriend, Young Sheldon star Rex Linn, had tested positive for the virus despite being vaccinated.

Now, Reba McEntire is urging everyone to stay at home following her battle with COVID-19.

Reba sounds downright miserable and it’s like that she didn’t just get a “mild” case.

 

According to The Hill:

McEntire says she and her boyfriend, Rex Linn, have both tested positive for COVID-19 despite being vaccinated in what are known as breakthrough infections.

In a recent TikTok live stream McEntire said, according to Fox News, “I just want to say one thing: This has been a hard year, and it’s getting rougher again, You guys, please stay safe. Wear your mask. Do what you have to do. Stay home.”

“It’s not fun to get this. I did get it. Rex and I got it, and it’s not fun. You don’t feel good,” McEntire said. “We were both vaccinated, and we still got it, so stay safe, stay home and be protected the best you can.”

 

Breakthrough COVID-19 cases still account for an incredibly small number of confirmed cases in the U.S. from a report by the Kaiser Family Foundation in late July, “the rate of breakthrough cases reported among those fully vaccinated is well below 1% in all reporting states” that Kaiser analyzed.

So, it would seem that vaccinated folks are getting “serious” cases of COVID, even though we’ve been told that’s not the case?

Who knows? It’s so hard to tell these days, thanks to all the confusing information and “science” that keeps changing at the drop of a hat.

    To many times the story changed about the China virus vaccine to belive anything they say about it . Not sure why Biden wants everyone to have the China virus vaccine that doesn’t work , specially since he’s letting all them illegals in the country with out checking any of them . How can he stop the spread of the China virus if he won’t stop the flow coming in the country . Knowing how Biden lies about everything , how can anyone trust or belive him about anything . It starts with the way they put him in
    office , cheating isn’t winning in my book . That said he’s not my president and has no right to ask or tell me anything . Even 5ho I had my China virus vaccine I know I was lied to by Biden and the delusional democrat party . So they know now they can’t depend on me for anything , their liers and corrupt . There’s no reason for them to be in office in my government

    I got the vaccine in the beginning because it was being said by the media and the drug companies it is for lifetime, than we are told it only last six months. I got the booster because my mate ordered me to. Physically neither of us can afford to take a chance. Why do I have to have a vaccine with chemicals in it I don’t know about and apparently are dangerous. China should be paying for figuring out a real vaccine since our drug companies aren’t concentrating on a real vaccine and treatments that help us kill covid when we get it instead of covid killing us. Why aren’t the drug companies concentrating on medicines that cure us when sick with covid. Why isn’t China being forced to give us their makeup of covid, they have only given us so much information of the DNA or whatever of covid. Why is China having nothing being demanded of China while the rest of us have to take chemical shots over and over, we are still dying in the hospital instead of covid being wiped out with a miracle drug or something. If polio got figured out why can’t covid be figured out. Apparently our scientists and drug companies of today are not as smart as the scientists and drug companies of the 1950 and 60s. Maybe it’s our public schools not teaching scientists how to be scientists any more. Yes, I am old enough to have lived through polio and it’s death. We had five kids and adults get polio in our small town and believe me, nobody kept quiet about finding a solution like a real vaccine that wiped out polio instead of us.
