Kissing your student is the very last thing to do when you are a teacher and that is certainly the case for Carlos Aguirre Rendon.

He was arrested on Wednesday and charged with lewd or lascivious conduct and witness tampering, both felonies as per sheriff’s spokesman Andrew Gant.

Carlos Aguirre Rendon, 29, and a father of 2 of Longwood, a math teacher at Deltona Middle School has been accused of kissing a 15-year-old student in the classroom and then asking a witness not to talk to police about it, Volusia County sheriff’s investigators said.

Volusia County Sheriff’s Office has said in a statement, “Deputies began investigating the case Jan. 11, when it was reported that Aguirre kissed the victim on the lips in his classroom and the girl’s parents told deputies they had concerns prior to that, as her mother said she’d seen Aguirre with his arm around her daughter at a Deltona park.”

Gant added, “The girl’s parents told deputies they had concerns prior to that, as the child’s mother said she’d seen Aguirre with his arm around her daughter at a Deltona park.”

Court documents also confirmed that Aguirre asked two other students to leave and then ‘stood up, wrapped his arms around (the victim) while she was facing him, pulled her mask down and kissed her on the lips,’ despite her attempts to pull away. Filthy!
